(ii). 使用非原廠耗材或非原廠零件而發生產品故障。
(iii). 擅自添加、改裝或修改本產品。
(iv). 經非本司授權維修中心之技術人員修理而導致產品故障。
(v). 未按手冊指示搬運而跌落、電壓異常或錯誤接駁電源而導致產品故障。
(vi). 惡意行為、疏忽及不當使用、有液體及汙穢物滲入機內、異物入侵 (如蟑螂、螞蟻、砂礫) 等造成之產品故障及損害。
(vii). 因意外事件或天災而導致產品損壞/故障。
(viii). 本產品被用作於商業用途的地方，公共場所或位置，例如：營業場所、酒店、工廠、學校、政府機構等。
(ix). 輕微劃痕，汙跡，氣味，掉漆，不影響正常使用的問題不會被納入保養/售後服務範圍。
(x). 本司不會負責因維修時所致的外殼花痕或損壞。
(xi). 如產品或其零件已經停產，或產品的損壞是無法維修，本公司有權不予維修。
8.於產品不受保養的情況下，如顧客要求檢查機件，可向公司查詢報價，顧客付款後安排訂購零件或回收進行維修，涉及費用以報價為準。需訂購零件的等候期約30天。
9.顧客必須於簽收貨品前，清楚檢查訂購之貨品是否存有損毀、齊全及正常使用，並在簽收單上簽名確認。

(iv) Product failure due to repair by technicians of the repair center not authorized by our company.

(ix) Minor scratches, stains, odor and paint shedding that do not affect normal use will not be included in the scope of maintenance/after-sales service.
(x) Our company will not be responsible for scratches or damage to the shell caused by maintenance.
(xi). If the product or its parts have been discontinued, or the product is damaged beyond repair, the company has the right not to repair it.
8. Under the condition that the product is not maintained, if the customer requests to check the parts, he can inquire about the quotation from the company. After the customer pays, he will arrange to order the parts or recycle them for maintenance, and the expenses involved will be subject to the quotation. The waiting period for ordering parts is about 30 days.
9. Before signing for the goods, the customer must clearly check whether the ordered goods are damaged, complete and in normal use, and sign the receipt for confirmation.
