<How to refuel/apply silicone oil>
1. Place the stepper on a flat surface.
2. Apply silicone oil to the core of the hydraulic cylinder after dripping it on a paper towel to form a thin coating.
3. After the application is complete, step on the stepper for about 10 times, let the silicone oil soak into the hydraulic core inside the whole machine, and it can be completed.
